Troubleshooting

Most problems fall into four buckets. Work through these before messaging support, then reach out if you are still stuck.

Loader will not open

Almost always antivirus. Add the loader to your exclusions or pause real-time protection, then run as administrator. Memory-resident tools get flagged by heuristics even when they are clean.

Overlay not showing in-game

Make sure you launched FC 27 from inside the loader, not from the EA app. Run the game in borderless or windowed mode if the overlay refuses to draw in exclusive fullscreen.

Key says invalid

Check you copied the whole key with no trailing space, and that it has not expired. Your remaining time is shown in the dashboard.

Everything was working, now it is paused

That is the patch system doing its job. EA pushed an update and we paused the build for safety. Watch the dashboard status and load back in once it reads Ready — do not try to force it.
