Instant delivery means no change-of-mind refunds

Keys are delivered the moment you pay, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or buying the wrong duration. If you are unsure, start with a short 1-day or weekly key to test the build first.

When we will make it right

If the loader is genuinely down on your supported platform for an extended period and our support team cannot get you running, contact us and we will work out a fair resolution — typically added time or a partial refund, judged case by case.

What is not covered

• Short, expected pauses after a game patch.
• Bans or account action — these are an accepted risk of use.
• Keys voided by sharing or chargeback.
• Issues caused by not following the setup docs.
