How fast is delivery?
Instant. Your key lands in the dashboard the moment checkout completes.
What do I do after a patch?
Nothing but wait. We pause the build, update it and push it back through the loader automatically. The dashboard shows live status the whole time.
Is there console support?
No. The toolkit is PC-only — EA app, Steam and Epic. We do not sell anything claiming to run on PlayStation or Xbox.
How do I get help?
Every member has private support in the dashboard, around the clock. Monthly and Season plans get priority responses and a dedicated contact.
What about refunds?
See the refund policy. Because keys deliver instantly, change-of-mind refunds are not offered — start with a short key if you want to test first.
